Joining & accounts
Which versions can join?
Java Edition 1.21 and newer (address nebulatycoon.net) and every Bedrock Edition – mobile, console, Windows – via nebulatycoon.net port 19132. No mods or resource pack downloads needed; the server pack is sent automatically.
Do I need to accept the resource pack?
Yes. The pack contains the custom generators, GUIs, refinery and boss models. Without it menus look like plain chests. If it fails to load, run /pack to re-download it.
Why does my name start with a dot?
Bedrock players get a dot in front of their gamertag so names never collide with Java accounts. Use the dotted name everywhere: voting, /stats, the profile search on this site.
Can I play on two accounts?
No. One account per player – alt accounts for voting, farming or ban evasion result in a permanent ban (see the rules).
Can console players join?
Yes, with the DNS trick or a companion app that lets you add a custom server on console. Any guide for "custom Bedrock server on Xbox/PlayStation/Switch" works – then enter our address and port.
Gameplay
My generators stopped producing.
Generators only run while their chunk is loaded – so while you or a team member is on the island, or with a chunk loader from the token shop or crates. If a generator looks broken, run /fixgens.
How do I get more generator slots?
Island upgrades (/upgrade), milestones, every rebirth, the prestige shop (/prestige, up to +5), gen-slot items from the token shop and crates, and ranks from the store (+3 to +15).
What do crystal shards do?
They are the rarest currency: elixirs (/potions), auras and permanent prestige upgrades like +2 % sell price per level. Sources are fishing, the dungeon, quests, milestones, the AFK zone and a small chance on every harvested block.
When is the dungeon open?
Four times a day for two hours – see the guide for the exact times (server time is CET). It is announced 5 minutes before with the boss of the opening, and the next boss is shown in the server list too.
I was in the boss fight but got only a small reward.
Boss loot is split by contribution: your share of the adds killed during the boss phase. Below 5 % you get the AFK reward instead. Fight the adds next time – and watch out for the MVP bonus.
How do clan wars work?
Every week clans compete for points: activity in farm, cave, sawmill and pond (1 point per goal point), dungeon kills (2) and boss kills (250). The top 3 clans win keys, shards, tokens and clan XP for every member, delivered on login if you are offline. /clan war shows the ranking.
Can I rebirth more than once?
Yes, as often as you like. The first rebirth needs level 150, each following one 5 levels more. Every rebirth gives +25 % sell price and +10 % shard chance permanently.
Is the AFK zone allowed?
Yes – it is the only allowed way to idle and even pays rewards every 10 minutes. Anti-AFK machines, auto-clickers or scripted movement anywhere else count as cheating.
Votes, store & rewards
I voted but got no key.
Keys are delivered while you are online or queued for your next login. Make sure you typed your exact in-game name (Bedrock: with the dot). Still nothing after 10 minutes? Contact support with the site name and your name.
My purchase did not arrive.
Purchases are delivered within a few minutes while you are online; if you were offline, join the server. If it is still missing after 15 minutes, contact support with your Tebex order ID – we fix it within 24 hours.
Do I keep my rank after a season reset?
Yes. Ranks, gen-slot upgrades and cosmetics from the store are permanent and survive resets. Keys, tokens and in-game progress are part of the season.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are delivered immediately, so purchases are final. If something is broken on our side we fix or replace it. Chargebacks lead to a permanent ban.
Are store items pay-to-win?
Everything in the store is obtainable in-game as well – ranks give convenience and slots, keys and tokens drop from dozens of sources. The leaderboards are dominated by playtime, not wallets.
Rules, bans & support
I got banned – what now?
Send a ban appeal with your exact name and what happened. Be honest: admitting a mistake gets you unbanned far more often than denying it. Ban evasion with another account extends the ban.
How do I report a player?
In-game with /helpop <message> if staff is online, otherwise via the contact form with names, time and – ideally – a screenshot or clip.
I found a bug or exploit.
Report it via the contact form and do not abuse it. Confirmed reports are rewarded with keys or tokens; abusing bugs is a ban.
Is there a Discord?
Not at the moment. Announcements happen in-game and on this site, support runs through the contact form and support@nebulatycoon.net.
